If your furnace or air conditioner/heat pump fails to heat or cool your home during the first year, we will fix it FREE, including parts and labor. If the system cannot be fixed within 48 hours after diagnosing the problem (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), we'll write you a check for $300 for your frustration, aggravation, and discomfort.
UPFRONT PRICING
Our technicians will give you an exact price before beginning with the services, after an approval, work will be done. There will be zero add-on charges, hidden charges, surcharges. If we perform work without giving you an Upfront Price, the work is on us at no cost to you!
“NO LEMON GUARANTEE”
If the compressor in your air conditioner or the heat exchanger in the furnace fails during the first year of operation, we will remove the "lemon" and install a completely new unit.
No Breakdown Guarantee
If your A/C or heater breaks down for any reason during the season after our tune-up, we'll apply the cost of the tune-up towards the cost of repair (Does not include Zone Club members).
